How to produce wall paint?
With above wall paint formulation, follow the steps: Add polyvinyl alcohol and the remaining water into a four-mouth flask, stir and slowly add the above pigment paste: 90 “C, keep warm for lh to dissolve all the polyvinyl alcohol. Decrease the temperature to 68 “C, add the remaining Texanol-10, 40% persulfuric acid (first made up to IO% ) and the remaining water. When the reflux is almost stopped, start adding ethylene glycol acetate.
Slowly increase the temperature to about 78 “C. When the reflux has almost stopped, start adding the vinyl acetate coolant monomer and keep it warm at (78 soil 2)C. Add the remaining persulfuric acid and raise the temperature to 90 “C, add sodium hyposulfite (IO% solution) and keep warm. Cool to 75 “C for 30 min, then add TDI, ( 75S2 )C and keep warm for 30 min. “C, add dibutyl phthalate sound, precipitated calcium carbonate and mold inhibitor (dissolved with less star solvent) and adjust pH with aqueous sodium hydroxide solution ——-The finished product is obtained after mixing and stirring for 20 min.
This product has a simple production process, low cost, good stability and construction performance, and the water resistance and hardness of the paint film is more obvious than the conventional method of polyvinyl acetate sound latex paint, and avoid the film after drying time slowly release of gas, which is hazardous to human health, and can be used for building decoration.
